Since Ashley and I met over 12 years ago (she was one of my youth leaders + friends at church) we have talked about her wedding. She has a heart of gold, and with everything she puts her hands to, a smile is left there, with a little piece of her heart. I have seen her for years, stand up in friends weddings we’ve photographed, and with each one, she would say to me, “I can’t wait for you to take my photos with the man God has for me.” Were there days that I am sure she was tempted to doubt that promise would come? Absolutely- but the smile on her face, when her and Chris are together, make the wait all the more worth it. 😉

I could’d be happier for these two- with a beautiful future ahead of them, and a wedding in just 3 months, I can honestly say, bright things are ahead! A lifetime of laughter, friendship, and stability- knowing they are walking into the things of God, together- smiling, and excited to see what the next chapter holds.

Thanks for a great session Chris + Ashley- and for being absolute troopers in the chilly temps!
