Winter weddings hold a place near and dear to my heart, seeing as I was a winter bride over 3 years ago! So when Samantha contacted me and told me she was having a winter wedding, my heart smiled. Like, REALLY smiled! And their wedding didn’t disappoint! All of the details were so well thought out, and she had amazing friends and family by her side helping her with the planning. Samantha and Chris were troopers in the weather (it was 12 degrees on their wedding day, don’t let the sunshine fool you!) and couldn’t take their eyes off each other. Neither could Mason, Samantha’s adorable cutie pie of a son. He was in awe of  what a beautiful bride his mommy made, and made sure Chis knew how lucky he was! Mason walked Samantha down the aisle with her mom, and danced the first dance with the new bride and groom, which made for not a dry eye in the house!

This wedding was make extra fun since along side us for the day was a close friend, and amazing photographer herself, Daighna of Daighna photography! Thanks for coming along, and letting me borrow your coat Daighna… NOT ;)  but for real, thank you for making my heart warm + the laughter, as always!

Samantha and Chris, welcome home from your Honeymoon, oh- and I’m sure you loved the surprise of over 20 inches of snow waiting for you as you stepped off the plane from Mexico…. Wishing you two a lifetime of happiness, love and laughter! Always keep each other warm, and snuggle tight!
