Another beautiful family!
It was a beautiful day, but above 95 degrees outside, and you know, with little ones, that doesn’t always fly! Thankfully, we changed the session to right before sunset (and the kiddo’s bedtime) and I couldn’t be more thrilled! They were full of smiles, and Mr. Sun was lovin’ on us through most of the session!
This family is very near and dear to my heart, and are great friends of ours… Matt and I have been there to see both these little ones born, and I can’t believe how fast they grow! Sheesh… wait till I have kids of my own! Â My blog will never be the same! 😉
I just want to *note* this session was epic for matt and I. As we were waiting for Shannon and Sean to arrive, we were practicing our “olympic gold” routine on piece of lumber (which we all know, in our mind was a balance beam.. to spell it out for those with no imagination) andddd I taught matt to “tuck jump” properly on a beam, hahahaaha anddddddd *ready*……
HE SNAPPED THE HUGE PIECE OF LUMBER IN HALF right as Shannon & Sean were pulling up!! hahaha it was a great moment, marking the date of this session, and matt’s olympic gold metal in my mind!
Nice work, babe!
blessings, dayna
This was the prop matt and I worked on and made the night before out of old barnwood – I loved the way it looks, but did not love getting it in my tiny red car 😉
