This wedding was anything but ordinary, and every detail was lined with love, elegance, and of course- a little sparkle. This elegant Detroit wedding, was the perfect place for Ariel and Christina, as they have grown up with Detroit holing a special place in their hearts. The two of them met at their church on the worship team, and from there, the Lord began knitting their intricate story. The bride and groom wanted iconic photos of Detroit- and to show off the beauty it holds. With their ceremony at the gorgeous St. John’s Episcopal Church of Detroit, and their reception being just across the street at The Fox Theatre, they sure nailed it when showing off some of the hidden gems of Detroit.

This wedding could not have been more stunning. With a bride and groom who made our jobs incredibly easy- and a perfect day Downtown Detroit, the start of Christina and Ariel’s happily ever after was lined with perfection. Oh- and we got to work with our great friends (and extremely talented videographers) Brian & Stacey and have two of my favorite people working beside me as 2nd (and 3rd) shooters – Rachel Shomsky & my dashingly handsome husband,  Matt Mager!
